How can I Support You?
As a birth doula, I give you and your partner continuous physical, emotional and informational support for the duration of your pregnancy, labor and birth. My main focus is really connecting with you both on a deeper level. To help you move towards the birth you have envisioned. I trust that women know what is best for their bodies and their babies when they know all their options and can make those decisions.

During our time together:
I suggest we meet two times; 2nd & 3rd trimester. This is to get to know each other, discuss birth preferences and comfort measures. This is great for asking questions, going through your goals, and fears. I encourage you to bring your partner so we can all discuss together.
