I am a certified birth doula and founder of Four Moons Birthing, which serves birthing mothers in and around Oakland County, Michigan. I live in Rochester with my husband, 4 daughters and 2 huskies.
Since having four of my own babies, I have been fascinated with all things pregnancy and birth related. Naturally, I am an empathetic person, I’m positive, encouraging, calm and loving. I want to be able to give mothers and their partners the support they deserve during this time.
I focus most on connection with mom. You want a birth team where you feel safe and heard. You want to go into birth with confidence about your body and what is going on. I am there to cheer you on and stay by your side. Our society has taught us to fear birth and I am here to tell you, let’s take that back. Let’s empower YOUR birth journey.

Why four moons?
Four Moons represent the birth of each of my daughters. The moon is a symbol of feminine energy, reflecting the cycles in life - birth, growth, renewal. The symbol is connected with our emotional body and gives joy and fulfillment - all things leading to birth!
I started Four Moons Birthing with a mission to ensure that new mothers feel supported and confident in their transition to parenthood. I am here to hold space for you through these unique experiences.
