I am a mother, wife, sister and friend. If I’m not at a birth, you can find me in the chaos of my four daughters, two huskies and my sometimes funny husband. I love being home and I love serving my family. I dreamt of this little life of mine and while sometimes it’s hard, I feel so confident and secure. Truly the greatest blessing is family.

Being called into doula work was mainly how much I love birth. The ins and outs of it. Not just seeing a mother have her “oh shit, I did this” moment. But the raw, vulnerable, intimate parts as well. I love connecting with moms during this time of their life. Showing them that they do have the power to birth their baby. Reminding them of how freaking amazing they are. Giving them the knowledge to make their own decisions about birthing their baby.

Naturally, I am an empathetic person, I’m positive, nurturing, calm, and loving. I want that energy to be given to the moms I serve. I take this role very seriously. I want to connect and make sure our energies align. Birth is a very intimate and vulnerable space. So you can call me a doula or birth sister, I will be there hyping you up for your birth, while also holding your hand.

Hi, I’m Michelle!

There is no greater joy than holding your baby for the first time and looking into their eyes.

Why four moons?

Four Moons represents the birth of each of my daughters. The moon is a symbol of feminine energy, reflecting the cycles in life - birth, growth, renewal. The symbol is connected with our emotional body and gives joy and fulfillment - all things leading to birth!

Our society has taught us to fear birth, especially natural birth. You constantly hear horror stories of traumatic birth experiences. While I cannot save you, I will be there for you. I am there to root for you, bring out that confidence you have, and hold space for you during this birth journey of yours.

Women absolutely have the power to birth their babies, however they want, wherever they want.
